Roofix 20/10 is the easy way to waterproof and repair flat roofs, gutters, bay windows and any other external area that needs a tough, flexible waterproof coating.

Roofix 20/10 is a single pack elastomeric acrylic based (non bitumastic) compound, providing excellent flexibility and durability. Roofix 20/10 is a new generation of waterproof protection and uses Draylon fibre reinforcement, already dispersed in the can, to provide excellent strength and flexibility. Roofix 20/10 also boasts exceptional adhesion to virtually any roofing material.

Roofix 20/10 was specifically developed by Flag Paints to provide an instant waterproofing solution for leaking roofs, that can even be applied if necessary in the wet.

It can be used to repair specific areas or to totally repair an entire roof, typical examples of problem areas that Roofix can sort out are: conventional roof types including asphalt, old roofing felt, asbestos cement, metal lead flashing, slates, tiles, gutters, bay windows and porch areas.

1, 5, 20(4 x 5) & 80(16 x 5) litres Nb. For ease of application and health and safety when working at heights we do not supply in tins larger than 5 litres. 20 litre drums can be specifically ordered for orders of 240 litres or more.
