Anti-Climb (Anti-Vandal or Anti-Intruder) Paint

Our Anti Climb Paint (also sometimes known as anti vandal or anti intruder paint) is a thick glutinous coating that is applied with a stiff brush, trowel or by hand using a protective glove. In appearance anti climb paint is similar to smooth gloss paint when applied but it remains slippery indefinitely so preventing any intruder from gaining a foothold.

Our Anti Climb Paint is a tried and tested high quality product with excellent durability. It continues to work in hot or cold weather conditions adhering to the surfaces to which it is applied. Our Anti-Climb Paint can be used on brick, cement, wood, metal, asbestos cement, roof tiles, plastic and most other building materials.  It is particularly effective on walls, parapets, boundary fences, down pipes, lamp standards and roofs. It can be used on factory sites, sports clubs, churches, schools and to protect private properties, garden sheds etc.

Product Uses

Our Anti-Climb Paint is an excellent deterrent. Adventurous children and potential law -breakers coming into contact with a surface coated with NVP Anti-Climb Paint will think twice before proceeding. It is difficult to remove from hands and clothing but is non-toxic. Anyone coming into contact with NVP Anti-Climb Paint is going to be seriously contaminated. For this reason surfaces less than 2.0 metres from ground level should not be coated. A prominent warning sign is available and should be affixed to an adjoining vertical surface so as to be easily seen and to act as a further deterrent.

Warning
Use only where legitimate or normal access is not permitted. We strongly recommend that a clear warning notice is displayed (available from NVP online-shop).
We recommend that it is applied at least 2 metres above ground or normal access level.
