Price Match Promise

We always try our best to make sure our products are competitively priced, but if you think you've found the same product cheaper somewhere else, we'll match it with our price match promise.

Price Match Promise conditions

• The price must include all relevant charges including cost of product, VAT, delivery and any other surcharges, ie. the total cost of buying and receiving your order.
• The competitor’s item must be available and in stock and available for immediate despatch.
• The comparison is only applicable to UK based stores and UK based websites that charge VAT.
• We will need the full details of the website where the item is being sold so we can verify the details given.
• Our price match guarantee excludes offers conditional on buying other products, money off vouchers, cash incentives, or include free products or any other promotional discounts other than the price advertised.
• Auction websites such as eBay or non-UK based competitors are not included.
• Excludes used or re-conditioned items.
• Products that have been discounted due to being dented, damaged, short dated, previous version or have been discounted for any other specific reason are not included as it is not a direct comparison.
• New Venture Product’s decision will be final on the price match promise.
• We reserve the right to withdraw our price match promise at any time.
• Our price match promise does not affect your statutory rights.
