Shipping Costs

We now offer FREE* shipping on all UK orders for Zone 1 (please see below to see what zone you are in) areas this is available for orders from £60 (including VAT). Please see below for more details. All priority orders received by 3pm (the cut off for orders over 20kg is 12 Noon), subject to stock availability, will be sent out on a next day service when available (this does not include weekends and Bank Holidays). Deliveries to AB30, AB33-38, AB42-45, AB53-56 and DD8-9 are all two - five day services. Please note that there might be weight and size restrictions on some items and locations, if you need goods urgently we strongly advise that you phone us to confirm availability and despatch. All shipping prices include VAT where applicable. Non paint items can be sent by standard 1st Class Royal Mail 24.

Please note at the present time due to restrictions imposed by the ferry companies and couriers we are unable to ship paints deemed as hazardous to off-shore areas, this includes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused but this is out of our control.

Deliveries will be attempted twice; any additional deliveries might incur a charge. Deliveries will need to be signed for so if possible please specify a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, if the purchaser request that the goods are to be left safe without a signature it is at the purchaser's own risk. By default all parcels will be marked to be left with neighbour if out, please specify if this isn't wanted.
