Flag Raw Linseed Oil 500ml & 5 Litres

Flag Paint's Raw Linseed oil is a traditional natural vegetable oil suitable for all wood types. Ideal for replenishing and nourishing dry wood. Traditionally used for cricket bats, wooden beams, bean canes, musical instruments, as a lubricant for French polishing and many other traditional wooden products. It is very water resistant and has a satin finish.

Interior and exterior (exterior applications will need regular re-application as it has no UV protection properties)

Application:
Stir the raw Linseed Oil well before use, ensure the wood being treated is dry, free from dust, sand, old paint and coatings, dirt, grease, wax or oil. Apply with a brush or lint free cloth. When applying to new wood dilute the first coat with white spirit to aid penetration.

Caution:
Cloths used for oiling can spontaneously combust when left.
